From very different backgrounds, the two men were bonded by their creativity, their doubts about the war, and their bravery. This is a strong production with local connection through director, John Haswell who founded Borders Youth Festival which in turn spawned the actors Oliver Bisset (Sassoon) and Matthew Burgess (Owen).
